Her role entails ensuring the precise reporting of financial outcomes and the adept management of Byron Capital’s financial assets, adhering closely to legislative and industry standards. With a wide array of responsibilities, Shail oversees all financial operations, reporting, and taxation at Byron Capital. 

Shail is entrusted with overseeing both the financial and operational dimensions of our company. Her responsibilities encompass financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of the business to ensure compliance with regulations and bolstering operational efficiency. Additionally, she conducts financial data analysis, prepares reports, and delivers strategic recommendations to the Board.

Her academic and professional qualifications include:

• Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Professional Accounting with a High Distinction in Accounting and Management Accounting

• Bachelor of Commerce with a High Distinction in Accounting

• Associate of CPA Australia
